These brackets are to adapt your existing chassis seat mounts to accept later model 3 series seats. ie, E36, E46.
This is 1 set of brackets. Parts included mount 1 passenger and 1 driver's side seat.

When installing these brackets, depending on the damage to floor pan/variations to E30 construction you may encounter the slightest modifications that need to be made to accommodate. Convertible bracket sets also pose a space restriction during install. Due to the significant difference in room compared to coupes and sedans. Well worth the end result in any case!
